She was on time with my appointment, super-professional, knew everything you could imagine about the place, and really made me feel welcome and involved. You could totally tell she loved The Mark, and that got me excited too because it's clear they take good care of where you live. The apartment she showed me was super cool. It had this open vibe that let in tons of sunlight. The little touches were top-notch – neat quartz countertops and fancy stainless steel appliances that scream 'high-end'. If you want a spot that's got the San Antonio buzz but is still your own chill retreat, hands-down, go for The Mark. The bedrooms were all about chill vibes and had heaps of closet space. What really got me was the smart home stuff and having your own parking spot – it just felt exclusive and safe. Plus, the area around The Mark is super sweet. You've got little shops, places to grab a bite, and cool spots to check out, all just a stroll away. It's like the best of both worlds – convenience and fancy living in one spot. Wrapping it up, cruising through that apartment at The Mark was way beyond what I thought it would be. Great apartment, awesome amenities, and that cozy community vibe. There was no pressure about renting, and that is the key point in any leasing agent that presents a showing! She is awesome! Thank you, Angelica!"

"I've only been here a couple of months and so far, 3 different rounds of front desk staff. This one is by far the worst. My apartment was not move in ready. It had a serious roach issue that two months later is still not resolved. They aren't helpful and not willing to assist or offer solutions."

"I had a nice time living here the location is central and the amenities are great. Upon moving out the complex charged me $500 for wall paint despite there being no damage to any of the walls. I did not hang even one piece of art/décor the entire time I lived there and cleaned all scuff marks from furniture before moving out. Despite myself showing picture evidence of how I left the unit and despite the management team being unable to provide any evidence of damage they sent it to a debt collector and ignored all of my communications on the matter. It is a nice apartment complex but management is awful they do not respond to emails they are not reasonable in any way or make any attempt to resolve issues. Usually the manager is smoking on the patio furniture and the ladies at the desk are on their cells ignoring the main phone lines. It's exhausting to deal with."

"I have done business with many apartment properties and I enjoy doing business with the staff here at The Mark. They are always friendly a professional. I have recently engaged with each staff member individually and all of them are extremely helpful and patient with my questions. I love coming into the office because I always get a big welcome and it's clean and smells great. The restrooms in the clubhouse are also always clean and the hot tea is greatly appreciated!
