Spanish Crest Apartments

"2 years worth of photos to show the flooding issues that I have had since I moved in that they REFUSE to get permanently fixed! They send someone out to snake the drain (which only holds for a few days) then claim it's fixed. I was told multiple times that I would be placed in a new unit and that never happened. The flooring was supposed to be stripped out and redone because of the mold that grew between the multiple layers of flooring in the unit and that was never done. There was never an inspection for mold. They never fixed the flooding. Now I'm moving and as I'm packing I slipped and fell. I haven't been able to flush my toilet for 2 days. I haven't been able to use the shower here either because of this issue. I called again for them to send someone out and it is the 3rd time today and they just keep saying they called someone to come out but no one has. What am I supposed to do?"

"It took them a week to fix a nasty leak in my neighbors bathroom, then they tried to charge her for the damage caused by the leak. The pool might be open now but it will be closed indefinitely as soon as something goes wrong with it. They never fixed my fridge or the bathroom floor that was caving in, we told them about it when we moved in and after a whole year they never even sent someone to look at it. Another neighbor had a car drive into her wall and busted it open and last I checked they hadn't done anything. They can say 'New management' all they want but it's the same worthless slumlords that have been there for years, they just cycle them out every six months."

"Nothing gets fixed, and the pool hasn’t been open since I moved in... in the summer. Landlord doesn’t seem to care although I’ve complained every day for not having electricity in parts of the apartment."

"This is by far the worst place to live ever management changes all the time, pool never open or cleaned, rat infested ( Huge Rats) roach infestes. Had a leak in ceiling for about 6 months they never came to fix it as I reminded them daily, Simply had to move. Multiple break ins unsafe to for children shootings and drama. Management is aware of most issues but do nothing only there for an easy check, More worried about make readys then current residents. Too many issues for them to handle NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN ASAP"

"Never get things fix . In one year I went threw 4 managers and not one ever now's what's going on. Office employees are just there for a pay check. The one star is for....my neighbor whom let me take showers while my boiler was being replaced"
