"Car broken into overnight. Apparently this is a recurring problem on this property. I saw another car that had its window smashed too. Apartment complex does not hire a simple security officer to patrol at nights but they sure do hire tow companies to come tow your car. Terrible management. 0/5 if it was an option."

"Maintance is quick, apartments are clean there’s no roaches or bugs, also this apartment complex is safe I have never had any issues. The one thing I don’t like is I have people that lives upstairs to me and have a dog and the dog starts jumping and playing from 10pm-1am also from 6am-10am it sounds as if the sealing was gonna fall in my head. Also if your neighbor smokes weed be ready to smell it too inside of your apartment. The Amenities are ok… most of the machines are old and it’s mostly for male workout. not a lot of great options for us the girls"

"Many ongoing issues with lack of lighting and flooding in certain areas of NOVA. Including front gate/entrance/ initial entry property buildings such as # 2,4,6,7. Dog park as well. Lack of landscaping, flooding, muddy, slippery sidewalks & access to and around carports. Pest/dog feces issues! Photos, videos, email and verbal concerns submitted multiple times and unfortunately appears not to be addressed!"
