"They don’t have any communication at all. I have things that I complaint about months before and they still don’t even show up to fix it. They never answer the phone. I am paying for pest control every month and they have only shown up ONCE. I am having a lot of big roaches in my kitchen and my restrooms I don’t know where they are coming from but I am getting tired of it."

"I've lived here a few times over the last 12 years, and this past time will be my last. The current owners and PMC has let this place decline severely. It is disgusting now. Buildings are in disrepair, the vermin and pest issue is outstanding, the cat problem has grown. The tenants are of low quality and aid in the destruction of the property. Maintenance can't keep up with the failing HVAC, plumbing, and other repairs. The property management does their best to keep it all duct tapped together. They have always had a positive and friendly demeanor, which has kept me going back. Connie and her team are awesome."

"I love these apartments been here two years they fix everything Ms. Connie help you when you need help sorry for anybody who feel different about these apartments you must didn't pay your rent on time or you didn't go in and ask and tell them wats wrong with your apartment, when I told them problems in my apartment they did everything new, I don't like the hatred that people put on. We don't have no crime and it's calm and cool day and night"

"DO NOT RENT Here!!!! RUN I AM TELLING you IF u do not have a credit score of 700 or above they will take your money and will not give it back!!!! Also the apartment was for my handicap son and they did not accommodate him in any manner. My son has a perfect rental history and still denied but he lives in a limited income and they still took his 250.00 and denied him Mikayla is the person who took all the information. And we thought we had the apartment ready to go by the way it was presented to us then we got the email that said denied."

"The sad part about this review is that I want to give this place more stars so badly. The stars were given for the courteous front office. But the apartments themselves are in need of TLC and major upgrades. Roaches, bad parking, leaks, etc. was really stressing me out. The condition of that place is far beyond the anything a maintenance man can resolve. Not once did I complain or make a big deal out of anything. I made work orders when necessary. But when they attempted to charge 500 dollars in 'damages' when I moved out, that sent me. I specifically called the office a week or so before I moved out to ask about this so I could anticipate how much to prepare to pay them and I estimated the cost to be about half of the invoice I received. What I received was a slap in my face. They were able to adjust this for me a little bit but that was after fussing and complaining. That was it for me. So if you live here and are planning to move out, check your invoices as carefully as you can. I love the ladies that work here but I had no more patience with this place and am happy to have moved on."
