"I called and set up and appointment for 12:30 to see a 3 bedroom and the lady took my number down and said we are set. I'm in medical school & extremely busy and I live on the Far West side of town. I drove 45 minutes just to show up and the office is closed and wouldn't be returning until 2. I called and left a voicemail and still no response. That's extremely rude and unprofessional to not even give me a heads up if something happened unexpectedly & to not call me later that day or the next day (TODAY) to apologize and reschedule. I was very to look and lease and if you don't even have good customer service before I lease, then you sure won't when I'm a tenant. Please work on being cognizant of other people's time & common courtesy."
"Very easy move people in the lease very friendly made sure everything was good to go. Maintenance has been very helpful and fast to fix any issues very happy with the new apartment"
