"I lived there for 13 months in building 10. The front office manager (Jordyn) helped resolve a billing issue I had. The location is perfect and easy access to surrounding amenities. The property, itself, is quiet and didn't really have any excessive noise. The dog owners could be more courteous and pick up after themselves but that seems to be a problem at every apartment I've lived in. Safe yourself a headache and let Jordyn help manage your move in and move out."

"Excellent staff all around, great communication updates with things happening with the community. Belinda, Jordyn and Agustin make you feel like a friend and not just another resident. They care about customer service and satisfaction! Grounds are well kept and work order turn around is incredible, I’ve lived in several apartments and maintenance and office here by far have been the most attentive and fast. Also it’s a great location, has incredible views and I love the “hilltop” vibes Birwood gives. Check this place out! And thank you team!"
