"My husband and I just moved into the Rio Springs apartments. Savanna and Cheyenne were respectful and friendly. They were so helpful getting us into our new apartment. They patiently walked us through the whole process and were very understanding. I love how it is right by the highway, and makes it convenient when going to work. There are so many stores and restaurants nearby. We are happy to settle in our new home and very grateful for this positive leasing experience! "These apartments are in superhuman condition. The laundry as you can see in the video totally disgusting, and smells of urine. Trash all over the floor, food and cigarettes. I am a resident and I took the task of at least disinfecting the area a bit but that is not really my responsibility. The management of these apartments are irresponsible when it comes to cleaning the common areas and the maintenance of the units, but nevertheless to demand the rent or to demand that we remove something from our balconies they are the fastest in the world. We are in a pandemic and they are not given the task of at least cleaning the areas that everyone uses constantly. For future people who think for a second about moving here DO NOT DO IT, the rent is too much for what they offer you and the photos on their page are a lie."
