"Deleted my 2-star review to say the new manager in the office is very much attentive to us residents! We've been in Barcelona since 2019 starting at a 1 bed 1 bath and we transferred this year to a 2 bed 2 bath. Maintenance is quick to work on our work orders and the manager is so much better than the last one we had. He is professional and friendly! Overall we feel safe and have no issues here and we have amazing neighbors!"

"Lived at Barcelona Lofts for a year and and half Bogart in the office was amazing, and my maintenance requests were always taken care of! Beautiful apartments!"

"One month In and there is a water leak flooding both restrooms reported this 3 days ago maintenance came opened the wall and stated it would be fixed and it still hasn't. We reported this 4 times through work orders and 7 times through the emergency line. I went to the office and spoke to Bogart the only one in the office and stated he couldn't do anything and had no way to contact management Nancy S. Said there was nothing for us to do but deal with the constant flow of water in both restrooms. He stated that they do not have maintenance workers for emergencies and we would have to wait for Monday for anything to be done. He said we were lucky to even have someone come look at the issue and that as an apartment complex they don't need to have maintenance available. There was no true sense of any empathy just a deal with it but make your rent on time though! This is disappointing cause they seemed helpful when signing up but have no regard for health and safety for their residents. I am disgusted and still have the res of our leas to live here."

"I lived at Barcelona Lofts for 13 months, I placed several work request at move in. The ceiling fan in the guest room only worked on super slow ( Never Fixed) I asked for the doors in the guest room to be painted thoroughly they were partially painted at move in. ( Never painted) My stove only cooked on high. (never fixed) I complained of pot smoke/smell coming through my vents in my apartment to Management, Their response was; Well, don't get too high!! I had 2 neighbors that were on ankle monitors. Management was rude and very short from day one. The price per unit is good, the assigned covered parking is a plus."

"This is NOT a luxury apartment! And you will get nothing like the staged apartment they show you when you walk the apartment. I talked to the manager and asked if they can please make the updates I was shown as I am not getting the luxury apartment I was promised she said “luxury” is just a wording they use. I was to move in since 6/21 and they gave me the apartment until 7/1 and still was not ready or updated. The manager said just to add everything to the condition report, they gave me the keys with someone else stuff still inside that they didn’t even manage to take out!!!! I also was not provided correct keys to my apartment or pool. When I said I would not be moving in this apartment they said they couldn’t give me another apartment and even then could look like this one and no changes would be made. Stains on the flooring, gadgets also outdated the sink looks like we’re in the 1990’s. I am very disappointed here!"
