"Shauna was a professional and friendly tour agent of this property the other day. She was thorough in answering questions and providing apartment and community details. I hope that the timing of an available apartment will work for me. I would love to move into this community. It looks nice and may work for me. However, the apartment and garage rental fees are a little high in comparison to similar locations and properties. Otherwise, I think it would work for me, and I would not hesitate."

"I lived at this apartment complex for 1 year. I paid over $1,000 for a studio apartment. Prior to my move out date, I spoke with the office staff to ensure I paid the prorated rent for the month. I was told that although my lease ended on Feb 2, I would need to pay the prorated rent before Feb 1 because I would no longer have access to the online portal. I paid the amount on Jan 31. On Feb 2, I checked my bank account and I was charged over $1,000 dollars. They stated it was because my auto pay was on. Regardless, I was told I would no longer be able to access the portal after Jan 31. I immediately notified the office and went there to speak with them. I remained calm and polite despite this being all of the money out of my account. I was told they would rush the check and it would be there by Thursday February 8. It is February 9 now. I called and the staff said it will be here next week then realized they made a mistake as the check was rushed and it should arrive today, tomorrow, or Monday. This is someone’s livelihood and I do not think it has been taken seriously enough. The Willow Bridge company and this apartment complex should have had me a check as soon as this happened. Now regarding the apartment, I had cockroaches coming from the vents for months. I reported this and it took months for it to improve. It improved because the second manager that took over, ensured they do more than spray. I want to note that the complex is on their third manager now. Additionally, I could hear every thing in my apartment from my neighbors. It wasn’t because they were loud. The walls were so thin. Crime was on the rise as it is all over the city, but it’s still important to note that cars were being broken into, mail room was broken into, and more. I paid way too much money for a studio with cockroaches coming from vents and other issues. Now this happening has led me to leaving a honest review and I am trying to make sure my story is heard because this is not ok and I don’t want anyone to go through what I’m experiencing. I have lived in many apartments and I have never experienced something like this. I have no evictions, no issues in apartments, I have always been a good tenant."

"Platinum Shavano Oaks is one of the best first apartment experience I had. They were very good to me and my Fiance from the start very quiet place very friendly community and the maintenance people were the absolute best and nicest people. So if you are looking for your first apartment this place is the best place to start. I miss this place already!"

"I have lived in many apartments and this is my favorite thus far. I love love the pool. I don’t use the gym but I hear good things. The communication from the staff is great and I feel heard. I look forward to the weekly food truck that comes to visit. Parking can sometimes get crowded but there are always spaces. People might say they don’t feel safe here but IMO that’s most apartments these days… However, I came here to write that the person complaining about weed is the same person that has children stomping and throwing tantrums everyday. It’s hard to hear. I have lived in many apartments and this smells the least like weed. It wasn’t a problem before they moved in."

"Me and my wife just moved out. We lived here for about 15 months. And this was by far the best apartment complex we have stayed at. Lili Paz is the assistant manager here. Her and the leasing office staff are always so welcoming and willing to help any way they can. They have been so helpful and understanding with allowing me to extend my lease and answering any questions or concerns I had. They also give out free tacos on the first Tuesday of the month for taco Tuesday! I thought that was very nice of them. And they always have a food truck every Thursdays which is very convenient. The maintenance staff here is amazing! The apartment complex is always well taken care of. They complete maintenance requests same day depending on the time, if not next day! Throughout my stay here I have nothing but positive things to say. I did not have one bad experience here. Definitely recommend this apartment complex."
