"Lived here for a year. I cannot say that I would necessarily recommend them, but I won’t say not to either. The complex suffers from the typical apartment problems of not enough visitor parking, loud neighbors, etc. Some other issues I would say are noteworthy are vehicle break ins, which only happened to me once. The staff said they addressed the issue and I have no reason to doubt them. However, they offered no financial assistance to the repair of my car window. Another smaller issue would be trash, very often there will be a large pile of trash by the compactor. I understand that it is cleared out every week, but it’s an eyesore and not something you’d want a guest to see. Temperature outside greatly affects your A/C, if it’s hot expect your A/C to be a little hotter than it should. On a more positive note, they do have a pool, gym, basketball court, dog park, track, office and movie theatre. They will often have free treats at the office, and the maintenance staff are usually responsive if you have any maintenance issues. The location is excellent in terms of food, groceries, etc. The apartment itself, at least the one I had, was nice. It had granite counters, fresh paint and carpet, etc. The staff in the office are nice to talk to, and will generally get any issue you have resolved. Dog breeds of all kinds are welcome here, which is nice considering the negative stigma a lot of breeds unfairly get. The mail service is nice, parcel pending is a great app (although it’s a paid service). Overall the apartments are exactly what you’d expect. This is not a hidden gem but it’s not a disaster either. Well deserving of its rating."

"Wonderful apartments. Grounds are always well kept and neighbors are friendly. Maintenance issues are resolved quickly and you can’t beat the amenities. Office staff is always very polite and responsive to needs. We love it here! Thank you for all you do, Mission Ranch team!"

"This is a beautiful community to live in. They have a nature trail lined with trees, often visited by deers and birds. The leasing agents are kind and courteous. Maintenance team does a great job keeping the property clean. All maintenance requests get resolved within a day or two. The only issue that I experienced here was my car getting broken into. Many other residents had this same issue, which I believe has been addressed now. They appointed a new patrol service, however its a little too late in my opinion."
