"This residential complex is absolutely the best in this city. I have lived in this city several times during my work and I have tried most of the residential complexes in the area. There is no comparison at all. The reception staff are among the most sincere people you will definitely meet, especially Mrs. Evelyn and Mrs. Lisa. No. There are no hidden fees or complications when registering the contract. Very helpful with everything. Another thing, the maintenance employee (Pedro) is very helpful, understanding, and kind. I highly recommend dealing with them."

"This is my first time being out on my own along with my cat, so I was nervous and clueless about a lot of things. I arrived to my apartment late and I was able to find it with Ms. Lisa's help. She was also kind to call us after office hours to make sure we were we settled into our apartment. I also appreciate her taking the time to go over information and to clear up any misunderstandings I had. I never felt like I was in a hurry to sign anything and the way she explained things was amazing. It is refreshing to see someone who is so welcoming, thoughtful and actual cares about people! She took away a lot of the stress I had about moving here!"
