"I been living here for a year. Just did 2nd lease renewal. This is a great place to live. Stephanie the manager does a great job with everything and G is quick to respond to maintenance issues when needed. The grounds of the apartments are kept up and are very clean. Pool is always clean. These apartments are an amazing place to live. It is very quiet, safe and peaceful. My family loves it here @ Vivid Apts"

"Be careful citizens whom it may concern, all the bad reviews are VERY true and any positive reviews are FAKE and are payed for higher ratings literally MANIPULATION at its scummiest. Do not apply here if you value your life and money. It's ghetto here and the owner does absolutely nothing to improve. Only takes from the innocent and less fortunate."

"Definitely would NOT RECOMMEND ANYBODY to stay in these apartments!! first off the manager Stephanie Hernandez is very horrible at her job and very uneducated in her position, she’s VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and rude seems to me like the property just filled anybody to be manager! The property itself has numerous of flaws constantly out of hot water. Work orders DO NOT get completed in a timely manner rent is definitely not worth the property’s value. Cars constantly getting broken into ! I Will be contacting corporate about her unprofessional work along with the numerous of issues that come with the property trust me when I say you will not be comfortable to even call this place your home your better off looking elsewhere. Would not give this any stars if that was an option it’s not even worth that much sad to say"

"We're living here for 3 years. Until Stephanie Hernandez became property manager. That witch will say and do anything to screw any resident over as along as it's making her look good. Trust me this is not where you want to be paying a lot for water and rent when this apartment complex are very old and has major cold water issues."
