"This place is horrible we moved in from out of state. the management wouldn't let my brother come look at it before we moved in red flag we should have just went somewhere else. Once we moved in we had to clean it they never painted before we moved in rotten food in fridge trash throughout apartment food all over the walls it was nasty. It was trashed there were cockroaches everywhere you beg for pest control to come out they never do blackmold all over the bathroom and window seals and in walk in closet. The floor feels like you are going to fall through. There was no dishwasher just a empty space with big hole in the back of the wall. They gave us a broken dishwasher maintenance came to fix it said it was fixed it was not after 6 months of begging for them to fix it or take it out my husband finally took it out himself. The fridge broke they gave us another that one broke while we were sleeping we just went food shopping all of our food went bad they didn't answer us they ignored us we had no fridge or food my brother had to go buy us a fridge. They let people sublet their section 8 apartments out I imagine they are getting some of that extra money. Did I mention they painted over cockroaches. Also my child kept getting sick because of the black mold I had brought this up with management over and over again one of the management lied and said she hired a mold inspector to come look at it she kept saying he rescheduled the owner said he never authorized that because $3000 is to much to see if there is toxic mold growing and making my family sick for the past 7 months I have doctors notes and blood showing it was making my child sick they don't fix anything if it cost more then $200 they are slumlords"

"Do Not Move Here They Dont Want To Fix anythink at all but want the rent on time if not they will take u to court the new manger is rude and has a real bad adatude she just sits in the office all they they take your cars get in your trunk take all your things its bad there don't move there I was there for 3 yrs and its bad ."

"This used to be a nice place to live when it was owned privately. Once new owners (Clear Integrity Group) bought the place out, the came in and fired all staff. They raised everybody’s rent without making any improvements to the property. New office staff only works a few days per week but days they list/advertise as being open it’s next to impossible to find them actually in the office. They do not respond to e mails in a timely manne…if at all making it difficult to get any kind of maintenance done in your apartment. They stopped pest control that used to be done once monthly in exchange for continuing to charge for it but only by request so all the apartments began to get a lot of pests moving in and if you’re able to get pest control to come they only spray kitchen area and when asked about the other rooms they state they are only allowed to do the one area. They fired the maintenance guy because he was with old owners and new people that “fix” things are acquaintances that they just call when they really need something done and they will tell you that and also that your repairs are done by taking parts out of vacant apartments. Upon move out, they charged me for leaving trash in the refrigerator which I cleaned and left empty and they additionally charged over $600 for normal wear and tear, The parking is ridiculous as in there is not enough for residents who actually live in the units. They allow parking along the fence but that makes it extremely difficult to pull in or out of an assigned spot because the parking lot is very small. There are a lot of stray animals with fleas roaming the property and people throw trash and debris all over- there are only two dumpsters for all of the apartments and it is constantly overflowing and trash is laid out everywhere. My living room ceiling had a leak in it and the restroom floor was rotting underneath it. They never responded to requests to fix it.Do NOT waste your money here.. keep looking. There ARE decent places on the south side that are cheaper and way better than here. If I could leave negative stars here I would."

"How do you get evicted for he said she said non-sense. Well these apartments do and I know a lot of people on here putting false ratings . 1st let's tackle parking that's a nightmare one spot and if you have two cars it's a bad idea fence is always full ,you can't even reverse to leave in the morning to go to work cars are to close takes about 4 to 5 reverses. 2nd you here everything your neighbor says or kids outside playing unless whisper. No pool but everyone pays the water bill even though you use less water then others these apartments are trash ."
