"I love living here at Babcock North . My one bedroom is so spacious and comfortable. My recent bathroom repair was done perfectly. This is a very safe complex to live at. I am pleased with the management and maintenance crew. I highly recommend this place!"

"Lived here 15 yrs. 4 yrs had no working stove at fourpkex fridge had to b connected n lr. Always issues but always excuses why I have to wait. Move to newer 1s. Not ready. No wtr heater 2 months wtr connection for washer corroded here it's end of Oct. Flooded apt 3 times since April 18 move n. Commodes backuped 4 times. Feces sat on br hallway dining area over 7 days. Unstopped but cleanup was left to use. Renewals done but now asst who promoted to manager wants us to redo just to c if their copy matches up w ours. How ignorant can dome1 b. They keep original we get copy. However I haven't received anything. We're always n the wrong there's always guidelines... Only when they're at fault it's ok cause they're n charge. Acs don't work. I had to purchase units for apt. We pay a lot for 2 hr but have no control. I was nice to give them 1 star. The original employee doesn't work here. Every 3-4 months there's someone new working there. Always a chio on their shoulder. They don't have any type of people skills."

"They will steal your money charge you rent twice for the same month, keep all your receipts. Management is horrible, been here almost 10 years. They can't seem to keep employees,"

"I went into the office looking for apartments, the lady in the office Amanda was very helpful,nice, and respectful. they were able to give me all the information that I was needing . I also got a tour of the apartments . Its nice in & out . The area seems quiet and safe. Hopefully when I'm ready I get to move here . I'm glad they took the time to help me and give me my tour ."
