"I've been here about a year. It's just okay...haven't gotten robbed or shot so that's nice. If you need something just do it yourself. The leasing office doesn't answer the phone and they always go oh were sending someone to do that right now...you wait for days and they ghost you. Noisy neighbors who leave their dogs out barking all day and night too. Apartment wasn't cleaned well when I moved in either...old food in the fridge. Valet trash service is terrible. Wildlife problems. Racoons leave a mess and they expect us to take care of it. Residents never have anywhere to park. The back gate has been broken for forever... Overall not a bad place to live but FAR from a luxury apartment."

"We chose this expensive community because of the amenities, the apartments looked nice and management seemed liked they cared. Well that changed the day we moved in. Our apartment had a ton of issues that were not addressed before we moved in “ paint, holes in walls, dog urine on the bathroom floor, broken lights”. We also chose the community for safety of our daughter and that it is a non smoking community. We have reported the same neighbors multiple times for smoking and throwing cigarettes all over the driveway. Those same neighbors make sexual harassing gestures whenever they see my daughter outside. The management does nothing. The lease says you will be kicked out if you smoke. We can’t ever enjoy our patio or windows open."

"From the first day we came to view a two bedroom apartment we were very impressed. The hospitality that was shown by us from Aubrey was excellent. She was very thorough, patient, and seemed just as excited as we were. The apartments are beautiful, spacious, the amenities are awesome, and the grounds are very well kept. I love how there are many activities for the residents, which gives a really family feel. Our application process was very convenient, friendly, and timely. The manager Nadine is very welcoming, professional and has a good sense of humor. She confirmed our approval on today. We are super excited for our new home and look forward to building many memories. I highly recommend Savannah Oaks. if you are looking for a new start. The location is great!"
