"It’s been a year that I haven’t lived here anymore and they’re still charging my card randomly. $30 here $12 there. I don’t know why but we already settled everything when we moved out and payed everything we needed to pay. I never bothered to write a review because living here was depressing it I was grateful to have a place to live when options were scarce for us. If I’m being honest about the property, the playground is a hazard. The slide has a huge jagged hole that kids can fall into when they slide down it. The building is super run down with tons of layers of paint. Mine was super depressing and dark where u can only have light if you open every door and window. dozens of stray dogs. Car break ins are very common. The first day I moved in, the roof spontaneously caved in. It was from a leak supposedly. They did fix it within 24 hours but it left a huge ugly patch of uneven caulk that I would stare at every time I showered hoping it wouldn’t bust open again. Definitely buy roach gel. The first day I moved in before bringing anything in, there was roaches on the wall. At least after applying roach gel we didn’t see them anymore. I will say I entered a neighbors place at one point and there was an insane infestation of roaches in what seemed like a normal apartment. The pool was often dirty, sometimes green and moldy and smelly for weeks. Other than that it was livable. If you grew up not having much then this place will seem okay. It has 3 locks which I liked because there are homeless people roaming at night and someone was staring into my window at one point. The laundry card maker was always broken . They charged me $10 and said “we will give u a card when we fix it” they never fixed it all the time I lived there and refused to give me the $10 back. It’s just $10 but I thought that was greedy of them. Bottom line is, it’s shady that they still charge me. It is a ghetto place, but the rent price was really good. Maintenance was good. Some people have lived there for years just fine, so it depends on your standards of living. Maybe they don’t have the option to find something better or maybe they’re used to it. It’s good for if you’re in a really bad spot and planning on transitioning into a better life eventually, but I recommend getting something better as soon as you can."

"I absolutely love it here no pet restrictions . Office is always helpful maintenance is always on standby . And the apartments a a bit vintage but it gives that San Antonio touch . Highly recommend:))"

"I personally don't live here however I just called a few minutes ago to get information about the units & the female who answered the phone was very unprofessional especially her tone, she seemed irritated to answer my questions, she was super rude and she didn't even allow me to finish a question before she cut me off and said "we have more information on craigslist" and proceeded to say "thank you bye" then hang up. After the phone call I looked up the apartments on craigslist and nothing came up. If this is how they treat someone interested I can only imagine how they treat you when you once you're a tenant."
