"Hello, fellow American citizens beware of new manager. The new manager has 2 personalities, friendly in person and rude on office phone. Make sure if you rent here keep copies of your allocated water bill and rent receipts to avoid a threatening eviction threat from this manager. This manager also discriminates he wants you to live a certain way in your apartment based on his standards. There are many residents with cameras in their window or bolted to property building watching other tenants and reporting your privacy to this manager and he uses this footage to his advantage and threats to evict once again. The old manager was the best , understanding, caring, respectful, God driven, loving manager that showed respect for her tenants and took up for those who judge other tenants just because they didn't like them or they couldn't understand their disability. People should not discrimination against no one physically or mentally and that is what this new manager is doing. Using his authority to pick who he wants to live on this property and getting rid of those he feel shouldn't be there based on other tenants complaints or camera footage of your personal privacy at your place. How would you feel several tenants recording all your activities and the Manager going along with it and don't even know what is really going on just hear say. That's a job for san antonio police department not tenants."
