"To put it politely IF YOU MOVE TO THIS apartment complex , YOU WILL most certainly regret it. It was by far the worst place anyone could move to. ASK THE PEOPLE in surrounding neighborhoods if you don't believe these reviews. Sleeping under a bridge or in the woods would be better and safer than the service you'll get from the company that owns it. LOOK ONLINE and see the protest. You'd have to be desperate or crazy if you move to this apartment complex.... Most will say that they were forced to give a one star just to show the greatest of concern."

"Apt wasn’t even safe for my pets. Moved from out of state was told the apartment was ready for move in. Came from 14 hours away to not be able to move in because the apartment wouldn’t pass inspection. After nearly two months of staying in a hotel. The office staff are rude. Will tell u one thing and another person says another. Will go on break at anytime or close early. Meanwhile The apartment passed inspection. I was not there a full 24 hours before I had killed 20 roaches. I had to live out of bags because I wouldn’t have moved my furniture in this place to have it infested. I bleached everything daily bombed and they had pest control come out weekly and nothing helped. I would literally jump out of my sleep in fear a bug was crawling on me. I didn’t store any food in the cabinets. Roaches were even nesting in the inside of the dishwasher lock latch. That’s no way for anyone to live. My neighbor would be up all times of the night stomping bugs. Upon leaving I wasn’t granted my deposit back because I left before the lease term. Oh I was never able to shower or bathe because they have a man made drip that I was informed is in every unit installed over the tub. that shoots out brown gunk from the ac. Who in they right mind would want to be in the bathtub and here it is dirt dripping into your bath water. I’d give this place zero stars."

"I can't wait until my lease ends. Do not move here. The negative reviews are true. There is trash everywhere. Nasty. Some of the neighbors are nasty. Blinds torn up. Roaches !!! I woke up one morning one on ceiling above my bed . It was basically looking at me. Water gets shut off with no warning or written notices. The central ac/ heat doesn't work. Mosquito infested. There is only one maintenance worker for the whole apartment complex. There's no emergency number if you have an emergency after hours such as flooding, leaking ceiling, no heat/ or a/c , etc. The cost of rent is ridiculously high for this garbage. Shame on whoever runs this place. May God have mercy upon your greedy lazy soul. The leasing consultant is just rude. There's mold in the apartments. The maintenance came to supposedly take care if the mold problem. He scrubbed it with bleach and painted over it. Didn't patch up the holes in the ceiling. So occasionally it still leaks."

"I hate this apartment complex! I've lived here over a year now and they've been through 3 different managements. There's always trash all over the place the managers are rude. They never answer the phone when you call I've put in multiple work orders for appliances to be fixed and nothing ever gets fixed. The entire year and a half I've lived here my dish washer has never worked. The toilet I'm my master bedroom has never flushed so we can't even use that one. There is always mold growing in my bathroom no matter how much I bleach it. I had a leak in my front shower that took then 4 months before they fixed it. The ceiling is still sagging from the damage. The pool always looks nasty. They don't keep up with the landscaping. And the wash rooms never seem to have working appliances! Save your money and go somewhere better!! Once my lease is up I am moving out!!!! This is a terrible place to live!!!"
