"The same with me I stay there for my whole lease everything was fine with us and the landlords untill we moved. They didn't want to give us are deposite back because we broke the lease but we never did so now I got a bad record for leasing houses or apartments and yes they do have mices found there nest when I was moving in my apartment"

"If I could give no stars, I would. Staff incompetent and lazy. Krystle and Korrina are a joke. I knew people that ended up homeless because their refusal to do the job they are paid for. Don't waste your time or money. The stress is not worth it."

"On May 10, 2023 Mothers Day weekend. My neighbor had a water leak above me and it flooded down in my apartment. They brought humidifiers and I’m thinking they were going to fix my ceiling. It’s November and they haven’t fix my ceiling. It’s mold all in the ceiling from the water damage and management hasn’t done anything about. Maintenance has came by 4x and all lied about repairing it. At this point I know nothing will be done about it. The ceiling is peeling and mold is spreading. Do not trust these people it’s so much drug activity, packages being stolen, and multiple shootings here. Your car isn’t safe and to many people wondering around at night. They want rent money but won’t fix anything."

"I would like to thank Crystal & Karina for helping me transfer units. I upgraded from a 2 bedroom to a 3 bedroom and it was a smooth transition! They were very friendly and had great communication throughout the whole moving process. I've been living here for 7 years and I love it! It's very convenient! I love walking into the office because it always smells so good! They always greet you with a smile and definitely will remember your name if you're constantly bothering them.
