"Management has worked with me and answered my questions and concerns I have had. No major issues with maintenance. They have fixed any problems in my apartment pretty quick and got them going. I just renewed my lease and Carmen was very helpful in the process and answered multiple questions I had. Thank You!"

"They have a colony of outdoor cats the apartment community takes care of. One day before it will be 20degrees for at least 3 days, the management threw everything away that would keep them warm and safe (insulated house, blankets, food). They literally have grocery baskets full of cans all around the complex, overflowing trash dumpsters, and giant potholes in the parking lot; but a 4x4 cat house and blankets are junking up the place? What kind of heartless and cruel people do that? If you don’t want a cat colony then be responsible and utilize a feral cat association to address the issue, but throwing away any safety measures they have to not freeze to death a day before the temperatures are in the 20s is a barbaric calculated decision. If they will do that to harmless animals just imagine how callous and apathetic they are to their tenants."

"The manager Carmen is rude and very unprofessional. My ac has been out for 6 weeks, they provided a window unit but it does not cool the whole apartment. I emailed management over a week ago inquiring about when my ac will be fixed and have yet to receive a response. This morning Carmen & 3 people from maintenance were knocking on my door, I was not decent so it took me a minute to get to the door. By the time I got there they were unlocking the door to come in! Carmen inquired about my rent (yes I'm late but only owe September, don't judge me) & I inquired about my ac, I was told you have air & that's all the law requires. Having 4 people come to ask a question is an intimidation tactic, an unnecessary one & coming into my apartment because I didn't answer quick enough is INSANE! What if I hadn't had the chance to put clothes on?!?! & good luck contacting the property management company to file a complaint. I'm so glad my lease is up next month. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!"

"I regret renewing my lease here. The manager, Carmen, is so rude. I told her I wanted to be present when maintenance came and she said it didn’t matter because she and the maintenance crew could enter anytime they wanted. I told her it was because I had an i-pad go missing once about 5 months ago when I was having work done and I wasn’t there. I didn’t report it at the time because I knew I couldn’t prove it, but since then I wanted to be present if possible. She told me no one wanted my junk. She also made fun of me for not having furniture in the living area when she came to my apartment. I wanted the mold to be taken care of and she told me to clean it with bleach. She said she made a very good salary and so did the maintenance, even though I made no comments on that. I wish I could leave and go to another apartment so badly, but it’s too late for now. The past manager Josie, who left about a month ago, was much kinder. She always comes off confrontational and seems to take things in a really wrong way. I never expected to go through so much trouble to get some issues resolved. I felt very judged and accused of certain attitudes I didn’t have. She got annoyed when I called again because no one had showed and that’s when she made some of those comments. I would recommend not getting a lease here. While the price is good, the new management is something else. Don’t put yourself through this. They could at least be kind even if the service isn’t the best."

"Review 2: This is part 2 of our signs of neglect and bad experience with this complex. We have been here 3 years and still had issues with management. If you look around the complex, various beams and patios are cracking and falling apart which pose a huge hazard for tenants. We moved out due to this issue for the risk of injury and even death. Our balcony was cracked in multiple areas along with the beams that hold up the structure was visabily bending and starting to crack. We felt very unsafe and despite bringing this to managements attention, they ignored our requests until we moved out. We have numerous pictures and photos of the foundation issues that the complex has. The rails are even pulling against the walls as you can see due to the weight of the structure pulling apart. the entire corner of the building, on the far east side, where we live, poses a safety hazard enough to condemn the risk of death to us and our fellow neighbors below us as well. We have already contacted the city of S.A. Code of Compliance about the structural condition in development services. Despite all the evidence, they refused to work with us and sent us a bill - Profits over people."
