"This is a wonderful place to live, and so pretty. They take great care of the property, and the pool, the office staff is so kind and nice from the manager to all of the office girls so are the maintenance staff that help all of the time w/ any issues. Tony is also so helpful and has done a great job w/ maintenance repairs. All other maintenance staff as well. I give it 5 stars because it's very peaceful here and a great place to live."

"Absolutely love our apartment! It is very spacious and clean! It is also gated, and it feels safe. The management here is awesome and very responsible. The maintenance guys are awesome, too! If something needs fixed, it gets done fast! I have no major complaints. I love it here!"

"Clarissa was AMAZING, i had such a long day at work and have been looking at apartments for months. she was the first person who was upfront about all fees and prices so i didn’t have to go home and think on this. We applied same day because of this. if you’re considering this place come talk to her, she’s amazing!! (also the apartments are great prices for how nice they are!!)"

"I’ve lived here for several months and as my lease continues I regret moving here. It is absolutely impossible to get any maintenance requests completed in a timely manner. Renovating next door apartment’s and painting without adequate ventilation/notice so my family and I are forced to inhale toxic fumes for 3 days. What’s the solution: “We’ll open the door.” I’ve had a pest control complaint that was filed, and COMPLETED without ever coming to my unit to fix the issue yet I still pay for pest control. My trash can was stolen for two weeks after reporting the trash valet for not picking up my trash for days, and yet I still pay for trash valet. The secondary pool is never open. It’s a nightmare reaching anyone at the front office by phone. There’s dog feces EVERYWHERE on the property, and the waste bins will become overfilled for weeks. The back gate is constantly broken. The gym is never cleaned. I feel awful for anyone who is blinded by the outside appearance of these apartments, and decides to live here. The feeling does not last :/ Update: our mail box has also been vandalized, and we haven’t received our mail in weeks. The apartment complex does not have cameras around the mail area so there’s no way to find the person responsible. We also recently had an issue where our apartment was vandalized by children around the building. Still regretting moving here.."

"Is this why my rent increased? Management will tell you this is because of their recent acquisition but the pool was clean for the first month of it. Now, it is even greener and foaming. Back pool is closed but the waterfall remains on? Garbage smell for surrounding buildings. It’s been an entire summer into the acquisition by Kairoi and there have been no changes (even power washers are not dependable - they look like vagrants hanging out around property)."
