"I have never experienced the level of incompetence, rudeness, lack of integrity or honesty than from living here. I’m not even sure if I can really say “living”. I am halfway through my lease and have had the same leak that continues to grow in size, as well as not having electricity in half of my kitchen. Maintenance is a complete joke… They sent workers who did not speak English to “fix” the leak in what is clearly my bathroom, and they began working on the ceiling in my kitchen. When I got on the ring doorbell and had my coworker ask them if they knew which room had the leak and they said no… How does that even make sense? So then I advise that I only want the maintenance lead David Guajardo to work in my unit. Big mistake on my end. He does not follow up with work orders and when I approached him outside asking him for an update he begin to get sassy and repeat “I just got here, if have a problem go to the office” as if he couldn’t speak any other words. Disgusting attitude and no effort to solve a problem THAT IS HIS JOB!!! I proceed to the office to talk to Michelle who is the site manager and attempt to explain to her what’s going on. She immediately cuts me off (not the first time) and responds “SO WHAT DO YOU WANT?!?”. I am completely taking back at this point because ma’am who do you think you’re talking to? She proceeds to tell me that I have come up there and yelled at her workers and made racial remarks (false) so at this point “what do I want?”. I am offered the option to transfer apartments or end my lease with no fees. GLADLY I choose the option to terminate. I will be out of here as fast as I possibly can. I even tried reaching out to Christina Onyeagu the GM, sending her 3 emails with no response. Honestly the convenience here was that I am military and the base I am stationed at is a short drive. However, for the tasteless experience I’ve endured here I would drive from North Carolina daily before living here again. Please don’t waste time with this low budget establishment."

"These apartments are amazing. The property is well maintained. The neighborhood is good. Beautiful community amenities. Everyone in the front office is amazing Michelle, Gilbert, and Nathan are always so welcoming. They read make sure tenants are well taken care of. If you are looking for a new place to call home this is it."

"For the most part I have been okay with living here, I had some issues for quite some time with the front office not being more persistent about disciplining my neighbors upstairs. Whom, I had made many noise complaints about, but eventually the situation was handled and never had to deal with them again. The maintenance workers respond to & complete tickets rather quickly, and the front office people I’ve met over the last year are friendly. I’m curious as to why the front office people have changed so often it seems, it’s been difficult to build good rapport with them due to the constant personnel changes, but all of them have been friendly and professional. Not a bad community, people don’t seem to get too wild or routy at night or at the pool, so that’s also appreciated."
