"I lived at Reata Alamo Ranch for 8 months while my house was getting constructed. My unit was a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment on the bottom floor that was recently renovated with an attached garage. This unit was clean when I moved in and superbly met my needs. Management and staff were always super helpful with warm personalities, great communication, and constantly looking for ways to improve the quality of life for the tenants. Maintenance was no different, personable and responsive, repairing all my issues within a day. Highly recommend this apartment complex and would lease here again."

"Had my first issue since moving in. My Thermostat stopped working which caused my apartment to heat up quickly. Called it in into after hours, Lead maintenance worker came by quick to install new Thermostat!! Most Apartments would of made you wait till the next day to resolve a simple issue so really glad about this."

"Not what it used to be with Springs Alamo, Reata keeps changing their apps and methods of payments and nothing seems to be stable. Any reviews from about 6-8 month are from before Reata took ownership of the apartments in 2023 so don't be fooled. Lots of 5 star reviews from the past. The manager walks with a God complex at times. It's always the residents fault and they seem to get worse and worse with threats of eviction during the first few months of taking over because payments systems weren't working properly. Gym is still not fixed, none of the treadmills work, car wash pressure still bad. Gates have been fixed and a new system has been placed (update from original post) The community is nice. But it's easy to talk bad so test the waters when you apply for a place."

"Lived at Springs at Alamo Ranch for 2 years and loved it! Once management switched things got a little rocky. We decided to move out. Upon move out, I was told I owed nothing and my portal was deactivated. I received a collections letter months later stating I owe $281 for carpet damage. I would have paid this fee had I known about it when I moved out but management at Reata never contacted us—they went straight to collections. If you’re moving out make sure you check on any surprise charges! The only other issue I had with this apartment was mold constantly growing under our kitchen sink and in our A/C closet and nothing being done to fix it besides painting over it. My family was constantly coughing towards the end of our lease it was so bad. Hopefully the mold issue in that unit was fixed for its next tenants. Beyond that, I loved the pool, the fitness center, and the size of our unit. It was a great home to us for 2 years. Giving 3 stars because it still is a decent place to live if you don’t have crazy high standards(:"

"I moved into Reata two weeks ago. It’s a nice, quiet, well run complex. There is never a battle for parking, many spots available throughout the lot. My neighbors and people in crossing have all been kind. The maintenance guy is awesome, respectful, resourceful, and gets the job done. He fixed an issue within my 24 hour request. Pet Friendly, 24 hour gym, and pool. All staff have been helpful and responsive! Great location, with easy access to 1604 and 151! Target and HEB are less than 5 minutes away! My leasing agent was Hallie Mihok. Hallie carried me through the application process and never got frustrated. She was a big part of why I chose Reata! She made everything simple and continues to help me with any concern! Hallie is awesome, & is definitely going places THANK YOU! I'm excited to be here :)"
