"When I signed my lease at vantage as it was first opening, the office was offering a free month rent to use whenever you wanted when you signed. After deciding to hold on to it till I could’ve used that rent free month, I went in to the office months later where they straight up lied to me and my Roomate’s face as they told us they weren’t offering any deals when we signed. Then the office staff condescendingly insinuated that it was our fault for not reading the contracts or making sure that the detail was in any of the paper work we signed. Not to mention my other problems with Vantage. Bug and pest problems, Horrible trash management, no recycling, ZERO free weights in the fitness center, parking regulations and just bad overall management. If I didn’t believe apartment complex’s were out to get you before, Vantage at Helotes solidified that belief."

"Amazing place! For being my first apartment of my own its an amazing start. It was hard at first, starting from scratch but management and Ms. Dowlen & the Front office have been very nice and friendly and made everything very smooth. When i had issues they were very nice about it and very empathic, adding quick to help. Neighbors are nice, the pool is amazing too! Is also very very clean, I’ve never seen any roaches or anything in my apartment or surroundings. Its also very important that u can call it a safe place,i have a happy heart to be able to call this place MY HOME. I love my apt. And i wouldn’t change being this my first apt, such a great experience!!!"
