"Going down from when I first started renting here in 2018. Dogs and dog poop all over. The gates are broken more than operational. My apt was dirty whn I moved in the carpet buckling & the repaint is horrendous. High turn over in the office staffing and Diane Gonzales is ruthless. The enter your apartment without consent even when told not too!"

"Any maintenance request we place, there’s a quick response. That’s huge plus to us as tenants. We also love the community. It’s easy access to 1604/151 not to mention our next door neighbor is CASA Blanca theatre. Our apartment floor plan is also fabulous. Spacious and has features that we prefer. The granite island to me is EVERYTHING! The staff is very helpful and willing to listen to concerns. They also host events and provide great food and drink options. I love the improvements made. It shows they care about their tenants and our community!"
