"Their prices are absolutely outrageous, ripping off lower income communities in the area, with their greedy prices. Not to mention ALL of their inventory is FREE. This is absolutely the worst thrift store in the area on the basis of price. Charging $14 for a T-SHIRT from 2016 H&M. Whoever the owner is of this location, has absolutely lost their greedy mind’s. Do not give them any of your money."

"I recently exchanged items and Jamie and Christine were very helpful and patient. I’ve been coming to this location for years and I always find gems with the tags still on. I notice a lot of negative reviews about prices increasing, which I agree it has gone up but some of them are justified (a real leather jacket will run you $300 and up anywhere else, so if you see it at the thrift store for $60, it very well is justified) and people have to understand that everything has gone up due to inflation. At the end of the day, it’s a business and it has to keep running like any other business. We can all complain about the price of food yet you still have to buy it. The good thing about clothes is, if you don’t want to pay higher prices, you can go somewhere else or shop on holidays when most likely it will 50% off or more. I shop online, in high end stores, and thrift stores (from time to time if I want to add more variety to my closet) and I can spot good quality items just by skimming it, looking at the brand, material, and the shape it’s in! If there’s a hole or torn seams I’m putting that item down. It’s not hard to put the item down and walk away if you feel it’s not worth it."

"Customer since 2007, Back then if you came in a Monday anytime of day you could find the sale colored tag all throughout the store. That's what is advertised. Now the staff is required to start pulling whatever color is on sale the next day the day before. So by the time that color is on sale they don't have any to offer on the racks to purchase. Not to mention prices way out of this world for used clothing, some of it smells horrible, especially the shoes. I've noticed 9/10 reviews given by customers have been bad, and yet nothing has changed from the prices to the customer service. If it has its only gotten worse. To the people in charge don't act like you are unable to fulfill a customers request when in reality you're unwilling. The charity that is supposed to be benefiting from this store only receives 10% if that. Greedy. Do better, that's the only way you'll be able to keep customers. Must not be too worried about it, everyone that's complained about being rude or disrespectful to customers are still employed here."

"I know that inflation is an issue but whoever is pricing the items in this store should reevaluate it very hard. This is supposed to be a thirfty place to shop, not almost full price. I was there yesterday looking at used duffle bags and they were really asking $9.99 for obviously promotional duffle bags that were DONATED! They wanted $8 for a Halloween cooking apron, $6 for a used Walmart brand Halloween blanket, $5 for a used plastic shower curtain, shoes are outrageous. I get that Vans are name brand but there's no way that beat up Vans are worth $16.91 at a Thrift Store. The women's shirts were astronomical! $8 for a White Stag black shirt?! They don't even use that brand anymore!"
