"We had some initial issues with the property, but after the management and staff were replaced, the property turned around quickly. The maintenance team is excellent, and the new manager takes care of the property as if it were her own. The staff is very friendly and easy to work with. We are looking forward to renewing our lease when it expires"

"I love this community! I’ve been here for over a year now, and the new staff is awesome! Abrielle, Haley, and Shannon are taking great strides to make improvements in our community. I’ve seen the effort and care they’ve put into the place! They’re quick at answering the phones and with questions I have had. I also love the response time from our maintenance here. We had an issue with our sink, and they answered right away. They were there the next day and were quick, efficient and knowledgeable. I appreciate all the hard work they are doing for us and the community!"

"I renewed my lease for another year before the change in management. I wish I hadn't. I literally feel so mistreated, left aside, and disrespected by the new team... In the month or two they have been here they've mastered the art of pissing residents off. It is clear as day that they are here simply to clock in hours and wait for their paycheck. The lack of care and interest in helping residents even with simple requests leaves me speechless. They do not want to hear your questions, comments, or concerns. They do not care. Both Hailey and Shannon are going to be the downfall of this place."

"I live here currently and will not be renewing when my lease is up at the first of the year. I’ll start with the positive: the apartments look good, modern design, not overly expensive. Please do not come expecting a responsive management team, they do not answer the phone, there is rarely someone in the office and they absolutely do not respond to emails. The communication between management and residents is almost non-existent. The complex as a whole is absolutely filthy. There is dog poop everywhere, even though there have been empty threats of fines for not picking it up, and empty promises of hiring a 3rd party to come clean it off the property. The trash compactor is overflowing almost every day, literally. Trash is spilling out of the enclosure onto the concrete all the time - it’s a simple fix that hasn’t been taken. The “pond”, “fountain” whatever you want to call it is just a pool of green, stagnant water, never cleaned, overflowing with weeds. While there is parking, finding parking after 8pm is impossible - now while not naive enough to think it’s going to be perfect, there are many places in the complex that could have been used as parking (see above the “pond”, “fountain”). We have 5 gates on property. One never closes, one is broken every week, and the others might open some days. The main gate in the property doesn’t even require a code, or clicker, you can drive up to the gate and come in - which has led to multiple thefts of vehicles, personal property, etc.. Save your money. The management at this location has done absolutely nothing to demonstrate that they care about their residents."
