"Not a particular fan of the front office. I will say though, whenever we are in need of maintenance Derrick will surely get the job done. He recognizes faulty repairs from the previous maintenance and fixes it before it has a chance to be a problem. Makes it worth the hassle. We truly appreciate him and his staff."
"This review is for the maintenance team. The maintenance team here is top notch. They respond quickly and are very polite and helpful. I wish the office was better about responding to emails or answering the phone. 2 stars for the office."
"In a nearby complex and Regalia seemingly just changed their outside lights and for some reason decided on unreasonably bright, almost spotlight like lights. We’re having to get black out curtains for living room as well as bedroom and sleep masks just to block it because their ridiculously bright and shine through everything. The light pollution from them is even blocking out visibility of stars."
"This will be my third lease here at Regalia. Although there have been several different owners since moving here and having many issues that went unresolved during the first two years, I refused to leave in spite of because I absolutely love my apartment. When Highmark Residential took over, I have to admit that I was over it and no longer possessed the best attitude when having to communicate with yet another new set of office staff. So one day I go into the office with a list of work orders that I have been wanting to report for some time now, but was of little importance to the previous owners' staff. I was instructed to enter the work orders in the system that morning before I left home for the day. When I returned home, I was truly amazed...EVERY issue that I reported was completed by the time I returned home that evening. Mrs. Stephanie Straw has been so understanding and patient with me! It is now pleasant when going into the office to address concerns. I hope this team (both the office staff and maintenance crew) remain here at Regalia, the place I love to call home!"
