Kings Landing Apartments

"I am a resident of the apartments , I do not recommend that you live here, we have had 5 days without central air, the new owners do not help and fix anything they do everything by phone , they make extra charges for services that do not work , I DO NOT RECOMMEND"

"Kings Landing has to be the worst apartments in Mansfield. I would highly recommend looking elsewhere. My family and I have delt with roaches, rats and a major water leak. I have been told by other residents that the have had bed bugs. You will experience one or all at Kings Landing. I took the legal steps to break my lease and moved. However Kings Landing is still refusing to let me out and still charging my account. I have tried multiple times to get in touch with Crystal in corporate and I am still being ignored. Kings Landing does not care about the health and safety of their residence and they will blame you for the horrible living conditions they provide. Please learn your renter rights before moving into these apartments. You will need them."

"These apartments are for people who have no other options and management takes full advantage of that. Nothing ever gets fixed but, they will do mandatory inspections every few months. Roaches everywhere and rats in some units. Currently the entire complex has been without hot water for over a week with no type of urgency to get the issue repaired. The office manager Soccorro has a severe dental hygiene issue that causes the entire office to smell terrible. Please consider looking elsewhere if able."

"Applied for an apartment and was rejected (but they couldn't tell us why). We waited to hear back from Sabrina who never called us back - we had to consistently call her back to find out that we were declined. My husband had to call her from my phone because every time he called her from his phone it would go to voice mail. On more than one occasion he could call on his phone, get the voice mail, call again on my phone and she would pick up. The final phone calls were me calling from my phone, hanging up, realizing that I had forgotten to ask something, my husband calling back from his phone and getting the voice mail, and 2 seconds later calling from my phone again and getting answered and told Sabrina was working with another client. These people lie to you and avoid you if at all possible to prevent them from having to be honest."

"My family and I have lived here for a year now. At first it wasn't bad. Manager was nice, maintenance man wasn't great. My a/c was the first thing to give us problems. My a.c. and heat has not worked more than it has. The first maintenance man totally screwed everything up. During this past winter when it was in the teens , we only had space heaters to keep us warm. The new maintenance man has done everything he can to help out. He has even put parts from his a.c. to make sure we had a.c. or heat. The water leak in the restroom has been happening for almost a year also. It would leak, and the plumbers that were called would only patch it. Well this past week plumbers were called out again, and were told no not to fix it. Well 2 days later my ceiling collapsed . The plumbers came out Saturday to fix it, and just now, on Tuesday the people are here fixing the walls, not the way it should be. Oh, and our kitchen flooded several times, I lost all my towels trying to soak up all the water. The only thing that was ever replaced was the floor, but that took almost a month to get done. There is still damage from it. So everyone who hasn't had a problem here, either you are buddy buddy with management , or have been lucky. We have had nothing but problems . Do not move here."
