"I was scheduled for an appointment at 530, I missed my turn in and called to let them know I was there circling back around, when I got in the office I was informed me they stop showing at 530. If that was the case, I should have been scheduled earlier, they then sent me an email saying I missed my appointment."
"This is definitely the WORST experience I’ve ever had. The front office has no idea what they’re doing. Anytime something’s wrong we try talking to them and they argue with us. Would never recommend moving here it’s terrible. People are always smoking weed and the front office acts like they don’t know what’s going on. DON’T DO IT!!!!"
"To be honest these apartments use to be ok to live in… Not sure what’s an urgency to them but the lack of concern has really done it for me… Been here a few years with limited issues. Just when there is one the sense of urgency is lacked… Units here are overheated. The a/c on upper levels lack proper Coverage of cooling… Office staff lie about things to get you out the office… My unit specifically has gone 3 days with no a/c … We are currently in the summer season in Texas… Triple digit heat…. Not sure of this new ownership…. Seems like they run similar to the people they replaced…. Very dissatisfied with the poor customer service and maintenance team!!! It’s currently 6pm and this is my temperature in my unit…. (Pic attached) Sincerely, A angry tenant."
"I would just like to take the time to say, the management state at Mansion of Mansfield is awesome. My first encounter was with Kennita, and she was so nice, and kind and made sure all my questions were answered. The property is so beautiful, and so well kept. I am excited to call this place home!"
