"Don’t let “upscale living” fool you! This is beyond upscale. There are no updated amenities, management is incompetent as they come, and thankfully I’m no longer a resident. There are so many other options, with better living conditions at basically the same price you’d pay here. They were once the place one wanted to move into, now I’d be afraid to recommend this place to anyone. You’d think this was section 8 living. Good luck if you decide this is your place to be. Oh, and with the roaches!"
"I just renewed my second lease with Villas Di Lucca and I can’t even describe how comfortable this apartment is! From the beginning of my first lease I noticed how nice and friendly the staff members are specially the office managers, they make you feel like you’ve known them forever and any time I had a question or needed anything regarding the apartment they were on it. Another thing that stood out over time is that the neighborhood is very clean, safe and peaceful, plus there’s so many restaurants near by and retail stores so everything I needed was literally downstairs or just a walk away. That was a big plus for me. The pool is actually open and also always clean which is rare anywhere else, seriously. It never got overly crowded. I would recommend these apartments 100%!"
"I have lived here for over 4 years. The staff is amazing. Our property manager is awesome and is making wonderful changes! She goes out of her way to show she cares and to welcome the new tenants and current tenants. Way to go!!"
