"Unlike some that gave a bad rating. I have NO ROACHES. My apt is sprayed every month. I do miss washer dryer connections & really miss the dishwashers I once had.. Still, I feel fortunate to live here. Since I've retired, gone thru cancer/chemo & other problems I'm lucky that my rent is based on my income. Rent is so expensive and going up. I watched a documentary on homeless people. Several that we're working on minimum wage and had their rent raised by $150 to $200. They begin living in their car and then went to tent cities. I feel very fortunate to live here. I don't have extra money left over at the end of the month but I'm surviving have a roof over my head electricity and water. We have a good manager. The Lost ever maintenance man from covid was a major loss. I've known him for about 10 years. Even though I've known about five people that have died from covid his death shook me up the most. He will be missed. Unfortunately I hadn't even heard that he had covered until he died. I very much regret that."

"Hi, yes l was over the northchase apartments.can not give good ratings because the apts, need to be torn down and rebuilt. The apts have roaches in them. No l would not live there. ."
