"I looked around at a few places, and this is one of the nicer RV parks around. They had some problems, they address them immediately, and then fix them. Every time I talked to management. There were courteous and kind, and took action on any issues that I had. I don't think I've ever seen any trashed out trailers on site. They have padded sites, with free water, and the monthly fee is reasonable. The restrooms are almost always clean, the showers are free. They have a dog park up front, with a playground."

"The park is beautiful and always clean we love it here and the location is prefect. The manager Kim is outstanding and great at getting things completed and enforcing policies. We have a covered spot and do pay a higher cost then some other parks in the area but the spaces are much larger and worth the cost. We use all the amenities and they’re always clean and feel refreshed. They’re our things that can happen out of management’s control and Kim is always great to inform the whole park and keep us updated. "Prior to booking I called and asked if the pool was open, she said I can open the gate but I don’t know if we are going to heat it this year. I told her well it supposed to be warm this weekend and my kids like cold water. So I went ahead and booked it the day before we were to check in. We checked in didn’t ask for id or anything I told her our name what site I booked and she said go ahead and park it in that site. We parked and got set up changed to go to pool because it was warm out and when we got there the pool was dirty so much debris at the bottom and I cleaned myself so the kids play for bit and cool off. The hot tub (cold tub) was half full and I filled with water with the water hose but it was not much help. I would think since a customer called and wants to book with us and asked for the pool we should make sure it’s clean and ready to go that was not the case at all. It has misleading pictures of the pool. The kids did get to enjoy the playground only. To top it off I was going to book my site right next to playground but she told me for the pool book site 45 we did and then the pool wasn’t even clean. Very disappointing but it was to late find another place. I should of took photos but I didn’t take my phone with me to the pool. After we were at the pool for about 1 hour a lady comes over and starts to clean the pool area up and fix all the chairs and tables when i think it should have been done at the beginning of the day and made sure pool was ready to go for guests."

"Price is a little higher than others around so we figured it would be nicer. They tell you there’s tons of rules as far as dogs, camper, and other cleanliness but they won’t enforce any of it. Old campers falling apart and AC units hanging out of windows. Parts hanging out and off of campers. Their own maintenance guy can’t keep his dogs under control and tried attacking us while we walked. Definitely not a drug free park. They advertise a pool but it was broke the first month and then hasn’t been cleaned correctly since."
