"Great space. Very intimate so you can really enjoy your fav artists. Saw LANY and the sound in the space was awesome. I sat in the Mezzanine and it was perfect for me. Highly recommend."

"Really nice venue. There are three levels but it's small for those more up close and intimate type shows. We were actually in the balcony and on top of the artist but the views were great. Plenty of restrooms so that was nice and no waits at the bar considering this was a sold out show. I would definitely give this place 5 stars but they did not serve food. Sorry to deduct for that but we came hungry. They did have chips and m&ms but come on, can you at least bring in some hot dogs or pizza? Anyways overall great experience."

"February 2024 Saw Diana Ross and she was great. New changes I noticed was you cannot leave a tab open anymore, only Pepsi products, and some construction going on outside. The staff was very friendly as usual. December 2023 The ACL Live at the Moody Center is the overall best music venue in Austin and my favorite. This is smaller venue and has great atmosphere. The location is a plus too where I can either park at the City Hall parking garage or walk here. There are bars on each level and Taco Deli selling their tasty tacos near the entrance. The seat vantage points are great and many times the floor is standing room only. The sound quality is excellent and the staff is very nice and friendly. Like I said the floor is standing but sometimes folding chairs are setup, and one time had small bleacher seating. The second level is the mezzanine which is like a club level where has roomier seating, less rows and suites. The upper balcony is also chair backs, but a bit steeper incline. The place is kept very clean and maintained even during performances. Outside will find a much smaller music venue called the 3TEN and a ACL Live store with the W Austin Hotel attached to this property. After the show there are pedicabs waiting to take you home."

"Great acoustics! Brilliant hall design makes every seat a great seat. There are plenty of exits, restrooms, and elevators for those who need them. Though the venue was full, there was no waiting for drinks. The wall displays of ACL history of were fascinating. In the 70s, I attended many of the earliest ACL concerts in the UT Communications Building. It makes me proud to see how far this has come."

"This is a great music venue. I've seen several concerts here over the years. Acoustics are nice and seats are good - but balcony seats are a bit tight. I had room, but just barely. The views even from the balcony are really great. The most recent concert I went to, The Rose, was enjoyable. Staff are really helpful in helping you find your seat. There's also good parking at a decent price available across the street at City Hall. Also, being downtown, there are lots of parking options."
