"*Super old and not updated at all. *Office is only open 2 days per week for 4 hr. * maintenance requests take weeks/months * tenant boarded up window 9 months bc maintenance needed approval to fix. *stove/oven broke and took over 2 months to replace. When they got a working 1 they left it in the living room for the woman to switch out n drag old 1 outside by herself. * 1 tenant went without a toilet seat for a month * another tenant had bedroom flooded for 4 month. *Feds came twice to take 2 diff tenants to prison and my door frame looked like it had been kicked in as well before I moved in. *police sit in parking lot everyday due to the high volume of drug trafficking and wanted criminals hiding with tenants. *CPS there multiple times per year taking kids away from unfit parents * most the time when it rains lots of baby snakes come out. * owner is never onsite while property manager has no idea what she's doing *No w/d hook up and the machines in laundry room are always broke. * you can only get dsl internet at 3mbs *Kids super old playground is lawsuit waiting to happen. * Windows are so old the locks are stripped so you can push them open from the outside with your hands. On a good note: they are very affordable but you get what you pay for."
