"Don’t come here. This place will give you the run around then ghost you. They were very communicative at first until I got approved for my apartment. All the sudden, my move date gets pushed back a month & here we are a month later & nothing from them. I have emailed & called for update & have not reached anybody. Crazy how before I got approved they would answer my emails within hours now it’s been a week+ with no reply. I have called several times too & no answer of course. Even if I do get a reply now, I can only imagine how unresponsive & unhelpful they would be once actually moved in. Just don’t do it."

"New management involved in these units. Old 5 star reviews are for the old property manager. Property management is onsite 2 days a week at seemingly arbitrary hours (posted on clubhouse door is not the same as when someone is in office). We have been waiting for close to 6 months for our kitchen sink and pipes to be repaired so they stop leaking. Other residents I've talked with have similar stories about maintenance, up to one had their hot water tank leak and management wouldn't address the issue for multiple days while their unit was flooded. Do not move here until they fix the management of this property."

"Will change review when the management returns emails or fixes the phone so it's not always busy when you call to inquire about the apartment units. Looks as if others are having the same issue. There arent alot of apartments in Justin so may just have to rent a house till we are ready to buy"

"Beautiful and quiet apartments! Management and maintenance have been amazing. Management is very sweet and fast with communication. Maintenance is quick to respond to repairs and always cleans up afterwards if needed. Moving in recently was one of the best decisions I have made for my littles and I. We met our neighbors within days of moving in, everyone is so friendly and helpful. The apartment was so clean, beautiful and ready for move in, as soon as we received the keys. I have been very pleased here with absolutely no complaints."

"We have been living here for four years now. We have been very happy with the way management, office and maintenance staff have handled different concerns and needs. Maintenance staff is very efficient, and prompt with any repairs. The office and maintenance staff are very friendly and caring. We feel the price we pay is reasonable for the area. The apartment is comfortable and well suited for our family needs. The community appears to be a pleasant one, and we have had almost no issues with any other tenants. If we have had issues in the past, they have been dealt with promptly by management. Over all, it is a great place to live that we highly recommend to anyone looking for an apartment in the Justin area."
