"Horrible experience. Doctors are good but front staff no so much. office stopped accepting our insurance, so we were forced to switch to another pediatrician office. Got new insurance and my child is sick today called office in morning asking if she could be seen, appointment was set for 1:30, got to office and got run around first excuse she can't be seen since she transfered to another office, next has she got her wellness visit yet and she hadn't. Next staff claimed to speak to higher up and doctors themselves and said they weren't willing to see my child. Even though we had good insurance, what happened to helping people and more important kids????? nope just got get out and good luck with your sick kid... Thanks and please just let me know before we waste our time, my kids sick and I don't need delays"

"Great doctor and modern techniques and technology!!!! I love being able to make an appointment over the app and seeing that my children’s prescription has been sent to my pharmacy. I love that the COVID consideration stands and that we can stay in our vehicle before being seen. I feel very safe with Dr Argenal and his staff. I know Dr. Argenal is on the cutting edge of medicine and has the best interest of my children when we are discussing their health."

"I moved my youngest child to dr.Argenal when she was around 6 months (she’s now about to be 2) because I felt like her previous doctor wasn’t properly listening to my concerns. Although there is always a pretty long wait time which can get difficult with a toddler, I’ve been happy with our switch. Yes, it’s hectic as some of the reviews mention and you do have to wait in your car, the wait times do get long but we’re also still in a pandemic. Every one is trying their best and I appreciate that. I always feel like my concerns about her health are being listened to which is the most important thing. I don’t really like that we never consistently see the same provider, however, my daughter has been seen by all of them and we feel adequately treated by them all. We especially love ms. Dora! She’s so sweet and caring towards children. I’m hopeful that as the pandemic slows down, the wait times will get shorter as well."

"The entire clinic is exceptionally clean, the staff is very organized and accommodating. Wait times have been very minimal. I’m always very impressed with Dr. Argenal and his team for being so thorough explaining what’s going on with my daughter with each visit which is always most important to me."
