"2 appointments for stress test first appointment waited 11/2 second appointment waited 1hr and they never called what are appointments for don't recommend"

"Yes it’s true ,the waiting time is ridiculous, and yes expect front staff to be unprofessional , you will be here for about three hours regardless of what time your appointment is You check in on a paper (wait 30-40 minutes) Vitals are done than wait another 30 mins for a room Than wait once more for the doctor to arrive in your room. Third appointment here and nothing changes , waiting time doesn’t change but they do seem to be more disorganized than before , (lose the sheets for check ins, and don’t have clear communication on what to do or what’s going on)"

"If it wasn’t because my daughter needs to be cleared for a stress test to do sports, I would’ve walked out already. Terrible place. Literally still sitting in the waiting room area. Our appt was at 9:15, I’ve gone to the window twice already, the first was to ask how many people are in from of us and the lady said we were the first ones, 45min later I ask again and I was told they were turning on the machine, we’d be called in a couple minutes. This was 25min ago!"

"I wish I could give this place 0 stars. First to start off. No one here in the front welcomes you no “good morning/afternoon” just fill out information on a little piece of paper and hand it to the lady. Absolutely no information is given to you. Everyone here seems to hate their job. They will eventually call you back hours later and some more waiting. I feel like this place is such a mess not organized I have yet to have a good experience here. I suggest you go somewhere else."

"Place is poorly maintained. Also, this place is not safe for newborns or children. Yaneli conducted the heart sonogram for my newborn and she was rude. When asked to cover her nose with her mask she proceeded to giving me attitude saying why? I told her I have a newborn and I don’t want him getting sick. She then said I don’t have COVID. But has not been tested. She seems extremely ignorant for someone to work in her field with newborns. Her attitude was extremely unnecessary and was condescending. Worst experience. No one is wearing a mask, mask mandates are not followed even when there are signs.. Choose another facility. Waiting room gets packed with kids and people so close together with no masks. I wish I could give this place no star. Waiting time is also absurd been here for almost three hours."
