"The costumer service is top notch. I bought new felt for my table and as I was installing it I saw a small hole. I left them a voicemail at 630pm they called me back at 7. They didn't have anymore in stock in Austin so he searched all the other store in the area. He found one in Houston and had it next day shipped to my house.
