"Reposting because they removed it lol, I’d give it 0 stars, there is a huge roach issue, I lived here for a year and they only brought pest control around once and that was when I moved in, you can’t leave nothing in the sink you can’t even step away from cooking your food unless you want roaches falling into it. If you want to sleep in a mold infested room where the windows and the ceiling are covered in it go ahead. And if you try to get something fixed be prepared for it to take a while. I asked for my water heater to be fixed and when I called for the status of the repair I was told the maintenance man did come by and try to knock on my door that morning. which was a lie because me and my wife were sitting in the living room and nobody came knocking. Not even 2 minutes later the maintenance man came speeding to my apartment in his little golf cart calling me a liar, yelling racial slurs at me, he even tried to get me to fight him so if I did hit him they could break our lease and kick us out. When I went to go report it to the front office he tried running me over in the gold cart and went straight to the office so he can hide behind the landlord while she protected him and wouldn’t even let me report him. I had to call the police and make a report about this since the landlord did not want to listen to me about the situation. I’m pretty sure she’s screwing him with the way she was protecting him in the office. If you want to pay over $1000 a month for all these types of issues save your money because your better off finding a better apartment. These apartments aren’t worth it and it doesn’t matter what you do to try to get rid of the roaches I had to put my dishes and food in my fridge because they are just everywhere . I had to constantly buy boratic acid and roach spray to try to get rid of these things but they come into your house faster than you can kill them. The foundation is trash there’s so many cracks everywhere that’s how these roaches are getting in. My dishwasher didn’t work the whole time I lived there, the garbage disposal didn’t work the whole time I lived there, the second restroom was broken and the toilet wouldn’t even flush the sinks are all clog and all these issues from the moment I moved in. Just leave this place alone and save your money for another place. The hours of operation are 8-5 Monday- Friday but the landlord loves to brag how she “can’t mentally be awake and ready to work by 8 so she comes in on her own time” she also leaves whenever she wants and just complains about her job and everything she has to do. Like go get another job if you hate this one so much. Nobody asked you to take the job if you couldn’t hack it. I’m glad I’m gone though it’s somebody else’s issue now. I just hope you read this full thing and stay away from this place. EDIT- the owner has the audacity to reply lmaooo. When the incident happened with your employee I tried to get a meeting with the owner but nothing came of it. And if you want the recording of this incident I’d be more than happy to share with you the video my wife took of it as well as the police report IM COURT the statute of limitations don’t end for another year so if that’s what you want I’ll go ahead and file it. As for the police report I’m sure you have a copy and not to mention your employee admitted it in the office screaming “ You know why I did it” in your office where everything is recorded right? But he still works there so it’s ironic that you allow such employees to still work there. But I’ll see you in court. I still have pictures of the pest issues, I still have videos of the mold as well as the incident where your employee tried to run me over with a golf cart and I’ll make sure you lose your business and become homeless"
