Bit-O-Heaven RV & Mobile Home is a welcoming lodging institution located at 1051 U.S. 83 Business in Donna, Texas, United States. As an RV park, we offer a home away from home for our residents, with clean, safe, and well-maintained facilities. Our community is filled with really nice people and offers a variety of activities to interest everyone.

For first-time residents who book and complete a stay with us from October 1st, 2023, to May 31st, 2024, for a minimum of 3 months, we have a special offer. "So this is actually an RV park not a hotel. But it is a wonderful community for retirees who like to stick to the warmer weather in the winter time. This park is only 20 minutes from the Mexican border and also is convenient to downtown shopping. The RV park is for members and guests only so you need to contact them ahead to reserve a spot."

"The park is quite old and the infrastructure is lacking. No water (down to a trickle) daily from 3:00ish to 7:00 pm. Phones and internet are always down. Unit 273, washer does not work and a/c does not function properly. Additional dryer stayed on the deck for two months. Electric bill for one month was $241.00 for a one bedroom park model. Both pools consistently out of service. The most alarming things are the “POLICE STATE” park manager, office staff and ownership. They do not understand what customer service means. Very condescending and patronizing towards residents. A constant start and stop. Meaning you’d think they had just opened shop. it’s very obvious the staff has no property management experience). It’s not worth it. Go somewhere else!"

"This park is one of the greatest parks in the area! Located on Business 83 in Donna, Texas. Bit-O-Heaven has been around a long time, is well run, has lots of parties & activities. Great place to spend a retirement winter!"

"I paid in advance and then they gave me a bogus friendly reminder about my dog who was always on a leash and 5 minutes later an eviction notice with no refund keeping thousands of dollars. The manager is not an honest man. He makes up the rules as he goes along. Once quoted, I make the rules and I can change them at any time."
