"disgusting place to live , infested with mold and roaches. prior to moving in they said everything was newly renovated but in reality they just painted over everything wrong w the apartment. I do NOT recommend living here. management hardly ever works or responds to needs. they will just mark the service as complete."
"Ever since previous management left, this place has done down the gutters. Quality of maintenance has visibly dropped, just take a look at the pool area. Office hours are useless as the phone is never answered, and when new management does answer, they wrongfully justify this due to “having other apartment complexes). It’s been more than a year and Seville Management has yet to send someone to fix it. A/C’s are down and management does not have the appropriate resources to ensure comfort for tenants. Oh, and rent has increased. The only reason I’m leaving a rating of 1 star is because this is the lowest number you can record."
"The best thing about these apartments is the previous manager, who organized the apartment in a very professional way. However, CORP. made a massive mistake by laying her off because she works in a strict and straightforward fashion. Right now the apartments are in the lowest level of managing and maintaining. I hope this mistake gets corrected soon"
"This is the best place ever to live in in Kingsville for the following reasons. The manger is the best one I have ever met in Kingsville. She is professional one, care and exceeds the expectations. The place is very clean, well-maintained and one block away from TAMUK campus. I have enjoyed my stay there."
