"Been coming here for years, and it never disappoints. Never. The brisket, pork ribs, pork chops, smoked sirloin, the whole menu…. all of it is dope. The vinegar based sauce is great and the free beans are the best ever. Sides are dope. Baked potato is so good. You definitely should eat here."

"I want to start by saying the person you meet is the man or woman who serves the meat and they were absolutely rude with zero customer service skills not only that as the most expensive barbecue place in new Braunfels Texas how can you expect your customers to assemble all of their food at the table with a ball of meat you sent with them he put my brisket mixed with my chicken The chop BBQ taste like it came from a microwave tan at H-E-B. I have not been to Cooper’s in about six years and I will say that things have truly fallen off the rails. The only thing I enjoyed was the beans and my sweet tea I threw everything else away, save your money!!"
"Nice, clean restaurant. Very large dining area. When we first walked, we were unsure how to order. The first thing you see is the meat area. They let you know how to order and then you walk in to the restaurant for the rest of your sides and drinks. The meats were tasty and juicy. All was cooked perfectly. I also ordered a baked potato with shredded beef. Although the skin was overly seasoned the whole item was delicious."
