"Tables were dirty trash cans were full and everyone standing around talking instead of working yes it’s the night shift but people should take pride in where they work and keep it clean"

"First time ever getting Whataburger. We ordered 2 meals. I got no onion, no tomato. After a 25 minute wait, lo and behold, onion and tomato on my burger, despite having “no onion” and “no tomato” stickers on the wrapper. Solidified my In-N-Out loyalty today."

"I ordered thru the mobile app for pick-up to save some time (15 min. away from store). By the time I got there, I still had to wait like 15-20 more minutes to get my order. What’s the point of having mobile orders even available when they aren’t even going to be ready by the time you pick it up? Other than slow service, my food was good and fries were toasty. I’ve heard from other people though that the food quality and customer service can definitely be hit or miss at this location, so beware."

"After being back in Texas for about a month I finally made it to Whataburger as I wanted to try the Breakfast Burger as it looked good on Facebook! The main reason I wanted to try it was that is was comparable (in the Facebook photo) to the Breakfast Burger that I loved from Carl’s Jr out in California. I have really missed Whataburger so it was nice to visit and try this item! I wasn’t overly impressed with this burger as a breakfast item. I thought the patty was thin at barely ¼” at best and it just really failed compared to other options that exist on the market. The restaurant itself was in okay condition, but the condiments area needed to be refilled and there was rubbish on one of the tables (see photo). There was no Pepper in the condiments container at all and there was barely any honey as well. I did ask for some pepper and an employee brought me some and then promptly refilled the salt and pepper container. Problem solved there. It did take some time to get my meal which surprised me as things usually come pretty fast, but I wasn’t aware of the demand coming through the drive-thru so that is really just an observation with perhaps no merit. Final Thoughts: I still love Whataburger and always well! I will however stick to what I love best from there and that is their custom burgers. No place I have ever been can match them on this in such a quick turnaround time!"

"Not to crowded at lunch. Got through the line quickly and was seated in a few minutes after entering. Ordered 4 meat patties with cheese. After I sat down they became very busy. Guess I got in just in time. Took a bit for my food to arrive. But it was correct and tasted great."
