"20 years since I’ve seen this Dr. My mother got more assistance from him than me. Still thinking about it this many years later I will say take children elsewhere. From the office “decor” to the way he communicates with children, he should focus on adult psychiatry, not children."

"Dr. Arbona is a consummate professional and caring provider along with his staff. If your seeking sympathy, quick fix and medication you will not get that with Dr. Arbona. If you want to heal and grow while putting in the work guided by a true healer, this is your place. Like many people have said, his treatment is not for everyone. However, it can be if you want to get better. As a Soldier and single father I cannot recommend him and his staff enough :)"

"I thought this Dr was trustworthy but he lied to me and is staff was very rude and didn’t do their job. They even hung up on me and when I’m talking you can hear them in the background laughing. I was very specific as to what I needed and they even told me how to fill out the paperwork but then he would not give me the information I requested. I would not recommend this doctor or his staff to my worst enemy. When you go to a psychiatrist your going for help not for them to degrade and lie to you and be rude."

"He is not a bad doctor, his staff is professional and does their best to help. They have always been friendly and prompt when answering my calls. However he's not the right doctor for everyone. My kid does not feel his therapy or meds are helping and says always discusses the same thing over and over without exploring or asking if there is something else that needs to be talked about. I will be leaving to find care elsewhere. Trust your kid, find someone that both of you are comfortable with. He isn't the right help for my kid."

"This psychiatrist is not terrible and his staff is generally kind but for my schedule being so variable, this wasn't the best treatment option. He does talk with you and confirm your background but I felt he was too quick to establish a diagnosis and in my case, misdiagnosed me and gave me meds that didn't work. Still I have it a try for 6 months but I had enough and went elsewhere when I realized that rather than change meds for my treatment plan, he recommended increasing the dose. It now makes sense why the meds didn't help, because they were for a different mental health issue and while I feel comfortable saying he is a trained and reliable physician, I don't feel he was eager enough to put me first. I often left the appointment wondering why he continued to give me his opinion about certain people I permitted in my life."
