"The doctor could see in 5 minutes what pcps refused to acknowledge after years and years of begging for referrals for my ingrowns to be removed. I like they do not need a referral. However they do this weird thing where they call to confirm your insurance can be taken literally after you walk in for your appointment. None of them have a bedside manner and some are downright rude. They keep their dirty nasty gloves in their back pockets and use them to touch the doorknobs and also the tools and your feet, basically their nasty gloves are just to protect themselves. The clinic is dirty. It looks like it's stuck in the 50s/60s. Everything is so old. If you can go elsewhere, go elsewhere. I have fast drug metabolism and so when they injected the novacane into my first foot I made the mistake of saying it was numb and assumed I felt him poke it because I looked at him doing it. Nope. They started and I cried out. They injected the rest and left it to numb. When they came back and started the doc said, "Well you're not screaming so that's a good sign." The second foot I looked away while they poked to ensure it was numb. My ingrowns are doing okay but for whatever reason, the corners are beginning to grow again so I just use a tweezer to pull them. I'd rather go somewhere else than go back here."

"Provided insurance information at the time the appointment was scheduled and also confirmed the late afternoon (4:30 pm) appointment the day off. I ended up waiting 40 minutes for them to inform me that they were not able to confirm insurance benefits because the insurance benefits were now closed. They very rudely required full payment instead of copayment, if I wanted to be seen. There was plenty of time to confirm the benefits prior to the appointment time, yet they were unprofessional and wanted me to pay significantly more out of pocket because of their incompetence. I did not appreciate them wasting my time, and I will not be returning. Do not recommend them at all."

"The doctor is extremely rude with his staff as well as with his patients. The doctor treats everyone as if they are below him and makes rude comments that are unnecessary. The office is extremely understaffed, and wait times are extremely long. Never going to this podiatrist again."
