"I gave the Doctor 5 stars. But as for the staff. They are completely rude and just plan lazy. I thank God i was calm the way she spoke to my daughter about a mask! If the office wants us to wear a mask..then they should provide them. Not many people sell them anymore! !The officec is dirty and dusty! The ekg equipment is filthy! I will be letting the Doctor know they are giving his office a bad rep"

"Dr. Badugu is a great Dr., unfortunately, the office staff has no ethics, compassion, or professionalism. They are fully aware my son is an out-of-town patient. We drove in from a 4-hour drive just to be asked: "if we had a mask." We did not have masks. So the receptionist said, "you need to go find a mask at a store." It was 5 minutes before my son's scheduled appt. I was upset and told her to cancel the appt. I was not about to drive around after a 4-hour drive, and after they advised if I am 15 min late to appt. it will be canceled. She just said "ok". Basically turned a 13-year-old pacemaker recipient away from routine care over a mask. If she had offered a mask we would have put them on just for the appt. This receptionist lady had no compassion or care in the world if we came from out of town, or for child's care which is crucial. I asked to speak to the Office manager and all she said was "well we have signs all over, and it is to protect our patients with heart conditions." My child is a heart patient! I have come to appts here and they always offered a mask if we didn't have one. My son was seen every 6 mths. On this day the staff decided not to offer a mask which they should have since it is their requirement, and NOT a state mandate! I wonder if Dr. Badugu is aware of this. The office manager offered no solution and was very casual about the situation. Basically they let my son walk away with no resolution or medical care for his heart condition. Now need to find another Dr."

"Horrible service the receptionist is rude with a very bad attitude the lady was very unreasonable also the clinic should be well prepared and stocked with supplies yet the receptionist still asked me to go to the store it was very upsetting now it's unfortunate I couldn't get my son seen by the Dr because of this I just think if you don't like your job find one that suits you awful experience wouldn't recommend smh"

"Love this place! Always clean, smells nice! The staff is great! They always remember my baby when they see him and they show true concern! Dr. Sahewalla is amazing! She had just been a blessing! She always takes her time with us and really listens to our concerns. We’ve have a great experience here and hopefully you do too!"
