"Wow wow wow, been a resident for a year and since Asset swooped in and took over this place has never been better. Got the privilege of meeting Christian and Christy in the front office and all I can say is give these people a raise! They helped solve my issues immediately. So sweet and wonderful!"

"We’re a family living at the shelter, me and my husband and our kids, i did the application, 3 weeks ago, got pre approved, an was told to pay a $300 deposit, after we payed the deposit I had called up there an explained to them that I’m only off on Monday an that I’ll be there to pay the prorated rent, and hopefully move in, on Monday I had the salvation army ready to move us out on that Monday morning. So we came up there to see what’s going on, an they still was saying they haven’t gotten any thing back yet this has been going on for 3 weeks now an they have a bigger problem with answering the phone so I did multiple pop up just to see on with my application to find out I was approved and all. We live in Lubbock so all the gas an stuff.. so after I found out, I would not be moving in on Monday and I have to find out that I might have to wait until the first I was upset and open up to my husband about the situation. So him an my friend went up there to speak with them or give the deposit back and try something else., the regional manager was asking him why he wasn’t on the paperwork me and a lady name Christina came to an agreement that we was not going to put him on there because he could be a felon so she went ahead and did it all under me, ig the regional manager, was all like he can’t stay in the apartment or you will automatically get evicted I explain to her we have children together. He will be there, but we understand he will not be living there. So I left thinking we was good an no one called me back to let me know if I was still going to be able to move there. Around 3pm i blew their phone up because no one answered as usual. Christina finally picked up the phone and explained to me that the regional manager said no all because my husband wasn’t going to be on the lease even though we did an application for him, 1 we’re homeless, and dealing with CPS. She was very heartless.. Christina an Christian was good people but the regional manager supervisor or whatever she is, was very heartless and did not have no understanding. She also didn’t understand that the waiting process took too long and while we wanted to know was what was going on. I guess she felt like My Husband was rude to her, but he did not say anything out of line to this lady. If I could I would give this place negative stars, only reason it gets one is because Christina and Christian were so understanding. But that corporate lady was heartless. I wish I knew her name. I would put her on blast."

"I hate to do this. But I never get an answer and I’ve sent maintenance request since I moved in 3 months ago. My pest/insect issue is out of hand and I’ve spent plenty of money trying to calm the issue myself. I’m very disappointed that one week of having the pool open (barely opening in the middle of summer) you decide to close. The week I used my paid vacation to have a staycation with my children. I waited until the pool was open to spend time with them. Unfortunately staying in Lubbock is all I can do and my days are wasted because of disrespectful tenants. I know exactly who it was because I was there. I even thought to clean it up myself, but I did not see any trash bins in the pool area. The rocks that are mentioned in the letter were teenagers playing basketball, throwing them into the pool, and I know that because one of them hit my daughter. I feel that this complex is not that big, but if you have cameras out, you would know who was there being disrespectful perhaps ban them not close the whole pool down for those of us who have sense of respect. I am disappointed in these issues as well as the drama/issues that surround the building I live in due to disrespectful tenants"

"We put my sister on the waiting list in January 2022. My sister, myself and my Neice have all called, and gone by numerous times, but no answers to voicemails. Last summer I went in multiple times, confirmed she was on the waiting list for a 1-2 bedroom downstairs, but none of us has ever received a call of availability. I left another voicemail today."
