"Front office lady is rude as hell!!! The park itself is ok however customer service and making things convenient for guests is non existent! I’d stay away from this place! There are better places around and in Lubbock that will make you feel welcomed! Guests are the reason small businesses like these are able to operate! Be better towards your guests!!!!!! I’d give 0 stars if I could!"
"6 months ago I called and my 1998 Rv that has been in storage all but 8 months of its life was to old…… now I bought a 2015 Redwood “$120k trailer” and it’s to long. 41.5. I guess a singe person that is only going to be there 12 days a month is just to much to bear. I work out of town the rest of the time. I’d definitely check out Rv Retreat instead."
