The house sold for 225000 not even 2 years ago. The work that was advertised is garbage. My 70 yo aunt drove down to make sure the facilities were acceptable. This property has had 2 people lose it due to the this companies negligence. As someone whom over the years owned close to 70 rentals with an option to buy. I would seek other representation as when I told her that I would offer maybe 5k over what they owed. She got combatant and refused to talk. That was before I came in with the larger offer. She wasn’t willing to put the time in to make it happen. Sorry for your loss. I have the financing but I’m not going to tell you that when you are trying to swindle me. Have a good day and buyer beware of this company. I alerted to the fact that I am a 100% disabled Combat vet and this is how she works in a military town. If I could give zero stars I would. Not who I want representing me. I have dealt with some of the finest people in the industry. After this I wouldn’t even waive to the city."
